Are you building a store experience and customer journey, or do you just throw your products up there and make the customer work?
So whilst I'm fully aware we can't do this on Amazon yet, the aim of the below video is to help you understand the importance of creating a strong experience for customers that land on your page.
You really ought to be focusing on taking them on a journey, removing any friction, aiding them with their purchasing decision, and essentially creating a surreal experience.
