Kim Mathisen graced me with her presence last week to record the latest episode of the "It's Always Day One" podcast.
She is currently Chief Customer Officer for Microsoft's business applications solutions team. Before that she spent 11.5 years at Amazon, finishing her stint as a director for the U.S Tools business.
So, it's safe to say I was out of my depth, again.
