You should never have a single point of failure

Because when, not if, when it fails you're up shit creek without a paddle.

This was part of a wider discussion with Mr Glick on diversifying your fulfilment channels so you have a back up in place.

A conversation that is particularly prevalent in today's climate with the limitations Amazon are enforcing on inventory storage limits.

But, you ought to be applying this mindset to multiple facets within your business.

I once got shafted with a Facebook block, and overnight new leads into my business were shut off.

I had a single point of failure and I paid the price.
