Amazon nailing it again with their new FRESH store...
Again, thinking of the customer then working backwards!
It amazes me still that huge supermarket chains in the UK, US, EU etc
Still aren't nailing the small things
That beauty of Alexa telling you where an item is literally is a game changer in itself
But supermarkets must have known this was something customers wanted for years
Instead of innovating they just let employees answer the question
Which is a bad customer experience (find the employee, may not like asking a person, employee may not know quickly etc)
This, among other great innovations, is why I question the future of big supermarket brands
I'm not biased towards Amazon
They're just better.
