Tools are great unless it creates more work managing them than doing the job ourselves.
I think we often get drawn into automating as much as possible...
Which I believe is an obsession of mine
And a good one
Because it allows for operational efficiencies
Enabling overall growth
But what if the automation causes inaccuracies?
Can tools just create more work?
