We need to regularly be seeking out ideas, opinions and actions of others in order to get a fuller picture on what we can be doing ourselves.
Take Amazon's top principle of Customer Obsession. They are now one of the top companies in the world.
If we run our business with the same dedication and focus towards customers as Amazon does, then it's highly likely we'll see more success.
Other principles include Dive Deep, where you make decisions based on data, and Think Big, which encourages you to think big picture and long-term – rather than short-term gain.
Expand your mind by reading, watching and listening to what others are doing.
