Brands design and build a physical, tangible asset

Customers exchanged cash for that asset and that was it.

The relationship between seller and buyer was pretty anonymous.

If the relationship is anonymous though...

Then that connection starts to build.

You are no longer anonymous.

You provided more than just a product

You provided a service

And a bloody memorable one at that.
