Hands up if you’ve once finished an argument then you think of something that you definitely should have said 5 minutes prior?

Now imagine that happening every day

20 times

50 times

100 times a day

You’d be on the brink of a mental breakdown

Obviously, you don’t have 100 arguments a day

What I’m talking about is your product deliveries

How many products are you currently delivering each day?

How many of those are you requesting a review from your customer…

All of them?

It’s paramount that you simply ask this question from every single one of your customers

The ask can be upfront…

“Thanks for purchasing, please leave us an honest review”

It can direct them slightly…

…“visit www amazon com/ryp” OR “scan this barcode”

Or you can ask them a little later, when they’ve had chance to properly experience your product

Of course, this requires you to connect with them

Either grabbing their email, chatbot, text etc

You typically obtain these touchpoints with a CTA within your delivery

“Extend your warranty to 2-years, scan the code below”

Initiate the conversation by adding value…

…immediately build a stronger relationship

Which works to your advantage when it comes round to asking for a review

What calls-to-action to you have working for you right now?
