Literally counting eggs and the occasional cock wrestle - true story (see picture).
What I'm seeing a lot of right now is sellers running around like headless chickens.
They often can't see what's mission-critical nor the activities they must take to 'move the needle'.
It doesn't matter what level of seller/brand you are, I'd highly recommend anyone taking 30-minutes to chat with an Amazon consultant and check that your strategy is on point.
More often than not, my time is spent realigning brands and getting them to focus on what matters.
