I've recently started some sort of HIIT for ocean swimming. In and out of the water we go, but when running in the shallows I always c#ck up and stumble as the sand beneath is very uneven.
Selling on Amazon is similar in that you don't always know where the hurdles are, so you'll inevitably trip and look a fool in your budgies (Budgy Smuggler).
