I recently put a post on a Sydney Startup group stating that I had some additional capacity and was open to meeting up with start-ups or other businesses to see where I may be able to offer a hand.
I also explained what a sh*tter it can be working on your Todd at home and not speaking to anyone but yourself all day - thankfully there is no fly on the wall in my "office".
Interestingly, I got an overwhelming response from individuals across a whole magnitude of industries and have since had some incredible conversations. Most will be beneficial in some way or other, whether that be work, learning or simply a desk to sit at and someone to go for beers with after work.
