I recently watched a documentary film on an American singer song writer called Rodriguez. Everyone said he had massive potential in the US, but his albums flopped.
Unbeknown to everyone, his music was an absolute hit in South Africa and sales were booming. Many years later Rodriguez found out and he's since gone on to become relatively well known.
You could have a product that's flopped in the US or the UK, however, if you hedge your bets and push it out to all of Amazon's marketplaces, you may find it booms elsewhere.
