Last month a client of ours, who does circa £35k pm, got suspended on Amazon.
Problem: lost around £35k in Amazon sales.
Upside: still generated £000’s in revenue from their Shopify site and eBay store.
A few months back another client doing around £20k got suspended for a similar issue.
Problem: NO revenue for 3-weeks whilst the issue was resolved.
Upside: N/A
Which one came out the other side stronger?
Same principle applies to advertising. How many brands aren’t utilising Facebook ads to drive traffic to their amazon listings? Too many.
Brands that hedge their bets and spread the risk by being omnipresent on multiple sales and advertising platforms will build stronger businesses; and sleep better at night.
