Amazon just rolled out more AI features for sellers.

Everyone's celebrating. I'm concerned. Here's why:

Image backgrounds, listing optimization, even review summaries.

Amazon's AI is also getting better at detecting review manipulation.

→ Fake reviews

→ Incentivized reviews

→ Review swapping

→ Bot-generated reviews

The hammer is coming down harder than ever.

I've seen accounts suspended for reviews that were "legit" 2 years ago.

The game is changing.

But you know what hasn't changed?

Legitimate negative reviews that don't belong on your listing.

→ Reviews for wrong products (catalog merges)

→ Reviews about shipping/packaging (not product)

→ Reviews violating Amazon's guidelines

→ Reviews from competitors (yes, it happens)

These can still be removed.

Legally.

Properly.

While everyone's playing with AI image generators?

Smart sellers are cleaning up their review profiles.

AI can optimize your listings.

But it can't fix your reputation.

That still takes human expertise.

15 years of knowing exactly which reviews Amazon will actually remove to be exact.

And that is the team at eCom Triage.
