There are a LOT of Amazon FBA Fee changes happening in January.

Most are focusing on the FBA fulfillment fee changes that say it will be an average of $0.08 per unit, but can be as high as $0.25 or more.

However, there are many other changes as well including:

Low-inventory-level fees will apply at the FNSKU level instead of parent-ASIN level.

Inbound Placement Fees have increased.

Aged Inventory and removal fees have increased.

AWD storage will increase (in the west)

MCF fulfillment fees will increase an average of $0.30.

Buy With Prime fees will increase an average of $0.24

I could do a deeper dive into some of these perhaps...which ones are going to impact you the most, or are you most confused about?
