is tightening its toy testing requirements. That's overall good. But the details matter. They require yearly testing, no problem, so does the CPSC. I asked what happens if you are selling year old inventory that was tested a year ago... Starts to fall apart. Answer I got was we probably need to retest year old units. That is beyond even the government's requirements. Lots of little stuff like this, has it really been thought through?
