Here is our first look into Sponsored Display Lead Generation testing & preliminary data for a moving company! Specifics of the test include serving ads to those in San Francisco and Seattle who sit in the LS: Future Movers audience.
Tracked Metrics at the Campaign Level:
▶️ Basic performance metrics (spend / impressions / clicks / CTR / CPC).
🔶 Link Outs: The number of times your landing page destination was visited
🔶 Lead Form Opens: The number of times our lead form was opened by a potential customer
🔶 Leads: The number of lead conversions collected through lead forms
🔶 Cost per Lead: The average cost to acquire a lead conversion. This is calculated as total ad spend divided by leads
🔶 Lead CVR: The number of lead conversions relative to the number of ad impressions
Now for the golden question - Where do these leads exist, and how can I access them? The answer is Amazon Leads Manager (ALM), which is a self-service database where you can access lead information from your lead generation campaigns.
"Lead generation ads can help advertisers that sell products and services outside of the Amazon store capture customer leads directly through their ads. Once customer lead information is submitted through the ad, the information is sent to ALM where you can access it in a self-service manner."
Once you sign in, you can download CSV files or integrate your customer relationship management (CRM) with ALM using the CRM Profiles tab. Amazon currently supports Salesforce or a custom CRM with a webhook URL. If your privacy policy allows for it, you'll have the option to have agency partners access lead information on your behalf. To do so, the seller must register their agency partner’s email in the Users tab, and grant lead information access to one or more accounts.
