Simple account adjustments led to 249% sales growth. Strategic budget allocation, campaign segregation, and focus on high-margin ASINs delivered results through data-driven execution.

Every account doesn't requires so many changes and updation. A few minor adjustments can sometimes double your account performance if you have proper understanding of the product line and the target audience behaviour.

We always believe in implementing new strategy to undersatnd what is working and what is not. In last 2 months, we tried a few simple but smart things in one of our account and the numbers speak for themselves.

March YOY Sales Growth: +179%
April YOY Sales Growth: +249%

Here’s what we did:
1. We alloacted the budget more on product targeting competitor ASINs with low ratings & high ASP to capture frustrated buyers.
2. We leveraged Sponsored Display Cost Control to reduce wastage and scale only the winning ASINs.
3. Segregated campaigns by intent level (high vs low) and adjusted bidding & budget accordingly.
4. We have focused not only on high converting ASINs but also on those with higher margins to boost profitability.
5. We also created defensive campaigns to retain customers on high volume ASINs
No fancy tricks just clean execution and data driven actions.
