Last month, we onboarded an account with over 250+ active campaigns and more than 15 ad groups in many of them.

At first, it looked like everything was running. But once we dived deeper, it became clear. There was no clarity on what each campaign was doing, where budgets were going or how performance was being tracked.

Many rely heavily on bulk sheets, so they overlook structure.
But here what I have learned, if your campaign is messy, so will be your insights.

Without a clear structure-
You keep creating similar campaigns without realizing it.
You miss out on identifying what’s working and where the spends are going.

Yes, restructuring takes time and it is the slowest part of the process and boring too.
But it is the foundation for everything else from accurate reporting to smarter scaling.

And every time we have done it, it has paid off in the long run.
Clean structure = clean strategy.
