🚨 Influencer Marketing Hits $10 Billion 🚨
What is the one thing that most Amazon native brands have in common?
🤯 Little to no influencer marketing.
Honestly, I attribute this up to getting spoiled by Amazon's robust PPC ecosystem and mooning growth of Amazon Prime members.
I think it's important to ask yourself what the other legends in your space are doing. What's Mary Ruth's up to? How about Anker? They've all embraced influencer marketing and have build out strong relationships with highly targeted accounts on Meta and TikTok.
💡 And it's much more than just impressions. When Amazon sees you bringing in a ridiculous amount of traffic from social media, guess what happens? you get ranked higher. This ends up spilling over to your PPC campaigns. in a way, it's the ultimate HALO effect on Amazon.
Smart brands have been quietly doing this for years but I think 2025 is when we see mass adoption in the Amazon space.
😎 Here's my hope: the term "Amazon seller" goes away and "brand owner" becomes the norm.
Amazon is just one channel. If you're not investing in influencer marketing (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), Walmart, and Shopify, you're failing.
