π¨ My controversial take on ChatGPT's new AI image model:
It's not gonna magically make you a design god. π¨
Here's the deal:
β’ If you're already a creative pro, this tool will make you 10x stronger
β’ If you're an amateur, it'll help you level up
β’ But bad taste in, bad results out
Daniel Robinson sent me a sweet example yesterday where he took an image from my swipe file, swapped in the product and even added a dog.
Looks amazing, right?
But look closer...
That dog ain't sipping coffee or OJ anytime soon. πΆβ
Are the shapes of the dog food accurate, nope.
So yeah, you'll still need to tweak details.
BUT...
For brands looking to iterate and test concepts faster? This could be huge.
Especially before investing a ton into photoshoots.
Pump out ad content quicker. Get ideas flowing. Split test like crazy.
Just remember:
The real power is in the hands (and eyes) of the creator.
What do you think? Will AI image tools revolutionize design, or is the human touch still king? π
