🚨 NEW UPDATE IN SELLER CENTRAL 🚨
Amazon has introduced new options to report seller-fulfilled returns issues. 🆕👀
Now, if you receive a returned item that's used, damaged, defective, or materially different, you can charge a restocking fee from the buyer.
Say goodbye to absorbing unnecessary costs!
Here's how it works:
1- Head to the Orders section.
2- Click on "Manage Returns" and select the order.
3- Click on "Issue refund".
4- On the Refund orders page, click on "Charge restocking fee".
5- Grade the condition of the returned item. Select a description from the drop-down menu, upload a photo, and provide additional details in the comments text box.
This update brings great benefits for sellers like you.
By having the option to charge a restocking fee and report seller-fulfilled returns issues, you can regain the costs for items returned in unsatisfactory conditions.
Not only does this help protect your bottom line, but it also promotes fair and responsible buyer behavior. 💸🛍️
No more being left in the dark. Take control of your returns process and ensure that you're not left holding the bag for returned items that don't meet your standards.📈
