New from Amazon: Help customers find the right product with a quiz

Amazon launched a new Brand Store feature called Product Selector - a guided quiz that helps shoppers discover the most relevant products based on their needs.

Will be useful for brands with a wide product range or SKUs that solve different problems for different customers.

How it works 👇
âś… Brands select up to 50 featured products
âś… Create up to 4 multiple-choice questions
✅ Amazon recommends only the products that match all the customer’s responses

🔍 Example: A hair care quiz might ask:
• What is your hair type? (Straight, Wavy, Curly, Coily)
• How often do you wash your hair? (Daily, Twice a week, Weekly)
• How does your scalp feel after washing? (Dry, Balanced, Oily)

Then based on the answers, Amazon shows only the products that match - like recommending a Clarifying Shampoo only to customers with oily scalps.

✨ You can fully customize the look and feel to match your brand, plus add alternative recommendations if products are out of stock.

Good move toward personalization inside the Amazon ecosystem.
