Amazon's new deal fee structure affects EU marketplaces from June 2025. Non-peak days will have £2.50 daily fee plus 0.75% sales fee, while peak events like Prime Day and Black Friday have increased flat fees. Sellers should evaluate product profitability before running deals.

Amazon is updating the Deal Fee Structure and this is important if you regularly run Lightning Deals or Best Deals.

For example, for UK Marketplace

Before June 2, 2025-
For Non peak days, it was £50 for Best Deal and £25 for Lightning Deals
For any event like Prime Day, Black Friday etc it was £100 for Best Deals and £50 for Lightning Deals.

But from June 2nd, 2025, the fee structure has been changed.

From now onwards, deals will include-
A daily fee of £2.50 (During non peak days) and a 0.75% variable fee on sales (Maximum capped at £400)

During Peak event fees the fees will be charged flat only and below are the new fees structure.
For Prime Day: £100 for deals and £50 Lightning
For Prime Big Deal Days & BFCM: £135 deals and £50 Lightning

This change could affect how brands allocate budget for deals especially for low priced or slow moving products.

If you are planning any deals to submit, re evaluate the ASINs based on:
1. Expected volume
2. Deal price
3. Overall profit margin

This fees changes is currently in UK, DE, FR, IT and ES.
