Amazon launched new Concession Hub (at least in the US) yesterday. This is separate from the January release of Ideate and Launch New Products and also the Voice of the Consumer reports. Would be interesting to compare data on ASINs though between the 3 reports to find if aligned or conflicting messages.
Overall these reports are usually directional at best, but good for conversation starters as social proof internally at Brands or some free insights for brands that can't/won't invest in paying for reviews insights.
This Concession Hub focuses on Consumer Review insights but now measures them with new KPIs, industry benchmark, and previous timeframes by ASIN.
They highlight these insights focus on Brand controlled defects and both asks for a Yes or No answer check box if you will address the issues and some topline recommendations on how to address them.
Lots of details on the Concessions Hub Help Page (I will put the remaining details that exceed the character limit here in the comments section).
Also curious if a way to see how Rufus is answering questions/prompts based on these insights and/or do non-addressed defect issues become a new fine/fee down the road.

Concession Hub is an advanced analytics tool powered by CRAI (Customer Return Analytics & Insights) within Vendor Central. It provides in-depth analysis of customer returns, feedback, and product performance, enabling vendors to make data-driven decisions to reduce returns and improve customer satisfaction.
Concession Hub offers valuable insights that can help you:
Understand customer behavior and preferences
Identify and address product related defects in one go
Prioritize basis impact and provide data driven action recommendations
Track and benchmark your product's performance against top performers in your category
Important Note:
Data Visibility and Lag: The data in the Concession Hub will contain insights for three months and will have a two-month lag. This lag ensures that the returns data is accurately mapped to shipped data and that the data has matured, providing a more accurate representation of product performance.
Focus on Brand-Controlled Defects: The Concession Hub data only shows brand-controlled defects. This allows vendors to concentrate on issues they can directly address and improve, maximizing the effectiveness of their efforts to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
The Concession Hub offers an ASIN Performance View:
When to use: For detailed analysis of specific products or product lines
How to use: Gain comprehensive summaries of performance metrics for all ASINs in your portfolio, including benchmarking, insights into impacted child ASINs at the defect level, customer feedback verbatim and recommendations on possible fixes.
Key Metrics Explained
Conceded Units: Total conceded units (returned, replaced, refunded or other compensations) for the Parent ASIN.
