Amazon Vendor Service offers the highest ROI among trade terms. Despite its cost and fluctuating quality, AVS provides measurable revenue growth through deal events, operational improvements, and increased margins. Maintaining AVS is crucial for continued vendor management support.

Should you leave the #Amazon Vendor Service (AVS)?

โœ‹ The answer is No.

But it's easy to see why the question comes up in the first place:

๐Ÿ’ธ AVS is expensive
๐Ÿ’ธ The service quality can fluctuate
๐Ÿ’ธ It's a reactive, not a proactive programme

So why should you keep your investment?

ยป Because it's the trade term with the highest ROI. ยซ

Think about it:

Auto Mkt., Co-op, and other terms don't return measurable revenue growth. While AVS allows you to participate in deal events, improve your operations, and increase margins.

๐Ÿšฉ Also, most Vendor Managers will stop managing accounts without an AVS subscription.

So before you exit AVS, reduce trade terms from other investment buckets.
