Amazon SB campaigns add new-to-brand audience targeting. Feature helps identify and target shoppers who haven't bought from the brand in 12 months, supporting product launches and brand growth.

SB campaigns now support the Amazon-built “New-to-brand shoppers” audience for bid boosting. This audience includes shoppers who haven’t purchased from the brand in the past 12 months.

The feature was announced at the beginning of March and was initially available via API. It is now visible for both new and existing SB campaigns. This will significantly help when launching new products or increasing product awareness.
