Amazon lets you create Alerts on your Asins and you'll get an email when certain metrics increase or decrease.

For example you can get an alert when a certain Asin had a drop in sales by a certain percent!

In Amazon's words...

Set up performance alerts

Create custom alerts to track the performance of your products. You'll get notified when any product meets the conditions you choose.

You can create:
🔴Up to 5 alert groups.
🔴Up to 5 conditions in each group.
🔴Up to 10 ASINs monitored per group.
🔴Alerts that track changes Day-over-Day (DoD), Week-over-Week (WoW), or Month-over-Month (MoM).
