we've been so wrapped up in conversion conversion conversion that we forgot that building lifetime value requires building relationship from before the first touch. Um and there's something very off putting by a one time discount where you're basically saying as the company you're done, we only expect you to purchase once. Please work with us just one time, take advantage of it and then you know, we'll hound you and bother you and we'll give you a bundle sales and chase you down and maybe give you an extra discount in your abandoned cart because that's what everyone says you're supposed to be doing. And it makes zero sense whatsoever.
