we know that for a fact customers, when they're buying a refurbished product, because trust is such a big part of the whole purchasing process, right? They don't want to be that person that bought a used dirty iPhone that I mentioned at the beginning from eBay, or it never arrived, or they bought from Facebook marketplace, but the experience was terrible because the phone died two days later. And so they research and in that researching process, for sure, they're going to check reviews and they're going to check, what's your, what's your branding?Like, what do you, what do you stand for as a, as a brand owner and how can I tie into that? How can I feel warm and fuzzy about buying your product versus your competitor?
Thanks,
George
