So many websites still don't have product reviews on their website. They don't have testimonials on their website. They don't have live chat on their website. They don't have a feedback tab like a feedbackify. or a Kampyle on their website, they don't solicit product reviews as an automated, transactional email, say, two weeks after a product ships out to a customer, and that's very, very easy, low hanging fruit that really should be, you know, dealt with.
