30% of warehouse space is underutilised. Combine this with an ongoing expectation of same day and next day delivery presents a clear opportunity to be utilised. Are working hard on ads, investing money but also time and expertise? Are you managing inventory? Are you driving traffic off Amazon onto Amazon?
Post Prime Day strategy. Loads of top sellers will be out of stock given the challenges with inventory of late. Utilise this to bid on their keywords and use product placements, both video and normal, to litter their detail page. Looking to win customers over with your offering.

Get Amazon podcast clips. Thinking of the listener and working backwards. I figured you don’t always have time for a whole podcast. Nor can you just search for the good bits that you need help with, e.g. amazon ads. This is a pain point for podcast listeners. So I’ve gone back through 70% of my podcasts, pulled out 340+ clips (1-2mins each) and made them all searchable. Just throw in a keyword and start listening. [Clips].
